Each year The Oyster Gala is held as a kickoff to the Oyster Festival and as a fund raiser for the National Oyster Cook-off. This year we are pleased to announce the Oyster Gala will be held at The Tides Restaurant and Oyster Bar on September 30, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. The menu put together by Chef Neil Collins offers five delicious courses paired with wines. The cost is $60.00 per person and is partially tax deductible. So please, come out and enjoy, while supporting this worthwhile event. The menu includes: Grilled Oysters on a ½ Shell, Oyster and Leek Stew, Oyster Vol-au-vent, Oyster Paella and Chocolate Turtle.
